Heineken announced today the lineup for
Heineken Red Star Soul 2009, the biggest hip-hop and R&B event of the year.
This year's exclusive and invitation-only shows will feature undisputed
heavyweights in the game including Ludacris, T-Pain, pop/alternative band
N.E.R.D. and Big Boi as well as young challengers Wale, Mickey Factz and
Melanie Fiona. Keeping the crowds rocking all night will be the hottest DJs
in the country including Don Cannon, Clark Kent, DJ Mos, DJ Jus Ske, Mick
Boogie, D-Nice and legends Jazzy Jeff and Biz Markie. The tour will take
nine U.S. cities by storm, kicking off August 6 in Chicago with
performances by Ludacris, Melanie Fiona and DJ Don Cannon.
Heineken Red Star Soul 2009 was created for the social media generation.
The invitation-only concerts allow lucky fans to experience and interact
with their favorite performers in a VIP club setting; and fans all around
