WYOMISSING, Pa., Sept. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VIST Financial Corp
(Nasdaq: VIST) announced today the appointment of Louis J. DeCesare, Jr. as
Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer for VIST Bank.
In his new role, Mr. DeCesare will report directly to Robert Davis,
President and Chief Executive Officer, VIST Financial. He will be responsible
for oversight of all loan activities and cash management services. These
activities include leading a group of regional relationship managers in
Philadelphia, Montgomery, Berks and Schuylkill counties in developing new
commercial business with a special focus on commercial and industrial loans,
commercial real estate, small business lending and cash management services.

Mr. DeCesare brings a wealth of professional experience gained as he
progressed through ever increasing responsibilities at a number of
Philadelphia based commercial banks including First Fidelity Bank, Mellon
Bank, and Commerce Bank. Most recently, Mr. DeCesare served as the President,
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Lending Officer of Republic First Bank,
Philadelphia.
A Doylestown resident, he is a graduate of Lower Moreland High School and
holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from La
Salle University.
