ATLANTA - (Business Wire) Liaison Technologies, Inc., a leading data management and business-to-business (B2B) integration services provider, and Anilinker Oy, a European integration services provider that has been linking B2B trading partners across Europe since 1991, have entered into a definitive agreement for the two companies to combine operations creating a global enterprise serving multinational customers. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The combined company will operate internationally as Liaison Technologies. The company’s corporate headquarters will remain in Atlanta, with European headquarters in Tampare, Finland, and a regional sales and professional services office in Amsterdam. As a result of the merger, Liaison adds over 350 new customers in 28 countries.
“On the strength of a record year in sales and profitability in 2007, Liaison was able to take this opportunity to expand our footprint in Europe,” said Bob Renner, CEO of Liaison. “Building on our initial European acquisition in 2005, we are certain this merger with Anilinker will help us to better service the fast-growing European integration services and solutions market.”
The company will immediately offer a complete suite of consulting and implementation services to go along with its proven message delivery platform, focusing on meeting the unique localization needs of multinational customers. As a full-service integration outsourcer, Liaison will continue to offer turn-key services across North America and Europe for customers seeking a comprehensive end-to-end solution to their integration and data management needs. Liaison will also immediately offer e-invoicing services to European customers, including qualified digital signatures required by some EU member states.
