In his new position, Mr. Rojas will place special focus on strategic planning, product research and development, optimization of operations and quality, sales and marketing, company budgeting, financial forecasting and an overall increase in efficiencies across the organization. He will work closely with senior management and Lennar's Southeast Regional President Sam Sparks. "Ric brings a wealth of experience," said Sam Sparks, Lennar Southeast Regional President. Rojas joined the company in 2007 as a Region President. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. Rojas has served as a Vice President for two other National Home Builders for the past eight years.
