Savannah, Ga., Hilton Head, S. C. and surrounding communities. The Savannah network spans 3,284 square miles and is fully operational. The Savannah market includes approximately 600,000 new covered POPs, bringing Cricket
’s national covered POPs to approximately 62.3 million.
The introduction of Cricket service in the Savannah area follows the Company’s purchase earlier this year of the wireless telecommunications business of Hargray Communications Group, Incorporated. Hargray’s wireless subscribers are transitioning to Cricket’s unlimited service plans and are benefiting from Cricket’s improvements to expand and enhance the network. Cricket has released customers from any contracts that may have been in place, and is in the process of refunding any deposits they may have paid. Additionally, Cricket will provide the wireless service component of Hargray Communications Group’s “quadruple-play” bundle that also includes telephone, high-speed Internet, and all-digital television services in Hilton Head and surrounding areas.

Customers are able to choose from a wide variety of rate plans, ranging from $25 to $60 a month and including an assortment of features from unlimited anytime minutes, unlimited U.S. long distance, unlimited text and picture messaging, unlimited text to Mexico, unlimited Mobile Web, unlimited directory assistance and nationwide roaming minutes.
