NEW YORK, June 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - TD Asset Management USA Inc.
(TDAM USA) is pleased to announce that John P. Reynolds, former director of
consultant relations with BNY Mellon Asset Management has joined the firm, as
Director of Institutional Business Development. John will be based in the New
York office of TDAM USA.

Reynolds' career spans more than 25 years. Earlier consultant relations
roles have included Director of Consultant Relations-Americas for Merrill
Lynch Investment Managers and as Director of Institutional Marketing for Brown
Brothers Harriman and Co. John holds a B.A. with honors from Manhattan
College, where he majored in both Government and Economics.
