• The 2.0 Adoption Council awarded its inaugural, prestigious "Internal Evangelist of the Year" award on November 3 at the Enterprise 2.0 Conference in San Francisco. According to the 2.0 Adoption Council, the award winner exemplifies, "the tenacity, courage, and sheer energy it takes to inspire a large enterprise to embrace the principles and practices of Enterprise 2.0." The award was presented to Flanagan by Andrew McAfee, widely regarded as the "father" of the enterprise 2.0 movement.
• Last week at the JiveWorld Conference in San Francisco, Flanagan accepted a Jive Social Business Software (SBS) Award on behalf of CSC, a global leader in providing technology-enabled solutions and services.
