Wills has served as a director, advisory board member, or strategic consultant for NTT Data Corporation, Wells Fargo Merchant Services, PayCycle.com, Hyundai and several startup ventures in the security arena. His experience includes:

- Pioneering standards and field trials of secure online payments at CommerceNet and Hewlett-Packard (VeriFone).
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and corporate security programs at CrossCheck and PayCycle.com.
- New technologies to manage fraud and protect sensitive information transmitted over the Internet.
- Advanced security operations centers (SOCs) for seaports, airports, and other critical infrastructure in the Middle East and North Africa.
Wills holds a BA degree in International Relations from San Francisco State University, as well as the CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) credentials. A resident of San Francisco, Wills has also lived and worked in the United Kingdom, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.
