IRVINE & BUENA PARK, Calif. - (Business Wire) Information Technology Resources, Inc. (ITresources) announced its merger with Partners Consulting Services, Inc., a privately-held national IT organization specializing in IT staffing, ERP Implementations and Identity Management Solutions. Headquartered in Irvine, California, Partners Consulting has been in business for over 25 years. Partners Consulting Services merged last year with CPSG, an Oracle Certified Partner.

The combined organizations now have over 500 consultants with operations in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles/Orange County Metro, Pittsburg, San Diego and San Francisco.

Im excited about the synergy that this merger creates a nationwide presence, a strong ERP expertise and a new offering for our clients with Identity Management solutions, said Gary C. Gray, President and CEO of ITresources. The combined entity will provide a robust, strategic IT business solution for our current and potential clients.

My goal was to create a best-of-breed IT organization with three pillars staffing, project implementations and managed services, said Tom Hodson, CEO of Partners Consulting Services.
