WICHITA, Kan. - (Business Wire) INVISTA B.V., a global, integrated fibers and polymers company, will release on Nov. 12 financial results for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2009. The company will host a conference call for investors at 11 a.m. EST on Monday, Nov. 16. The call will be led by INVISTA’s chief financial officer, Kelly Bulloch, and treasurer, Nancy Kowalski. INVISTA B.V. will make its third quarter 2009 report available to holders and beneficial owners of units (consisting of 9¼% senior notes due 2012 of KoSa Lux Finance B.V., 9¼% senior notes due 2012 of KoSa UK Finance B.V., 9¼% senior notes due 2012 of INVISTA (Canada) Company, and 9¼% senior notes due 2012 of Arteva Global Holdings B.V.) as well as to prospective investors and securities analysts who contact INVISTA to request copies and provide the information described below.
