Intelligent Sports, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IGTP) is
pleased to announce that the Company and NO LIMITS Mixed Martial Arts &
Fitness have signed a Letter of Intent to utilize the NO LIMITS Training
Center in Irvine, CA, as the pilot location for Intelligent Sports' Youth
Fitness Centers (YFC).
The agreement will enable Intelligent Sports to include traditional circuit
training fitness equipment designed for youths ages six to 14. The Company
is also in the process of developing several interconnected upright and
recumbent bikes that will be compatible with popular video games that will
allow kids to race against each other on a projected screen.
Intelligent Sports' YFC provides membership-based, multi-purpose youth
fitness facilities with a diverse range of personalized programs for kids
who want to learn how to become healthy and fit. These programs include
special fitness, aerobic, flexibility, speed, agility, sports, and academic
training. YFC facilities will also educate its members and their families
about the importance of nutrition.
