EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- 09/29/08 --
Insta-Rent Inc. (TSX VENTURE: IRR) announces that following the acquisition of 89% of its issued and outstanding shares by easyhome Ltd. ("easyhome"), J. Albert Mondor, Edward C. McClelland, Brian W. Hesje, William C. Dunn and Gordon J. Reykdal have tendered their resignations from the Board of Directors, effective September 26, 2008, and have been replaced by David Lewis, Ronald Gage, David Ingram and Robert Korthals, who are each also directors of easyhome. In addition, Bill (William) Johnson and Nancy Bland have been replaced by David Ingram and Chris Fregren as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, respectively.
