Ron Tryczynski joins as Vice President, Claims Best Practices with responsibility for the development and implementation of Auto PD Claims Best Practices with a focus on cycle time, estimate accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Innovation Auto, Tryczynski was with The Hartford Insurance Group, where he most recently served as Director of Auto Property Damage, leading strategies and initiatives which strengthened The Hartford’s performance on over 500,000 claims annually. Tryczynski was responsible for direct oversight of all Hartford’s Field Staff and Inside Appraisers, Independent Appraisers, Glass Program, and Total Loss and Salvage Operations. His duties also included the development and management of best practices and metrics across all of these services. Earlier in his career, Tryczynski also served in various auto physical damage and homeowners claim roles during his 26 year tenure at The Travelers.
Bob Cornelius joins the company as Vice President, Network Management and will be accountable for the operational oversight of the Innovation Managed Repair Network (iMRN™) where he will enhance and refine the company’s network of 1,900 exceptional Auto Body Shops, providing service in all 50 states. He will enhance best practices to extend Innovation Auto’s abilities in providing the most efficient, cost effective and accurate outcomes to the P&C and Fleet industries.
Prior to joining Innovation Auto, Cornelius was with USAA, most recently serving as Regional Claim Service Manager responsible for oversight of the USAA “STARS” Direct Repair Program in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Prior to USAA, Bob served as Director of Auto Physical Damage at The Hartford Insurance Group where he was responsible for national oversight of The Hartford’s “CRSP” direct repair program and Auto Physical Damage Catastrophe operations. Recognized for his achievements in refining The Hartford’s CRSP program, Cornelius received the Chairman’s Award for Outstanding Business Achievement.
