’s annual meeting for stockholders has been set for October 14, 2008. The meeting will take place at 2901 Butterfield Road, Oak Brook, Illinois, to begin at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. All Inland Western stockholders of record as of July 17, 2008 are entitled to vote at this meeting. At the meeting, stockholders will act on the election of directors, establishment of an employee stock plan, amendment and restatement of the company
