Brown brings extensive mobile industry experience and an intimate understanding of the fixed-mobile convergence (FMC) market to his role at Kineto. “Jeff is a proven leader in the global telecoms industry with the right skills to drive Kineto’s continued leadership in FMC, while expanding into the upcoming voice over LTE market,” said Bo Hedfors, chairman of Kineto Wireless.
Prior to Kineto, Brown was president and CEO of RadioFrame Networks, a pioneer in the picocell and femtocell markets. Before that, as chairman of the board and CEO of Data Critical, he led the wireless health care communications company through a successful IPO and subsequent acquisition by General Electric. Brown has also held a number of executive management positions with McCaw Cellular, PacTel Cellular, Pacific Bell, and AT&T.
