Industry Excellence Award is the Icing on the Cake of a Banner Year for iRespond

Company president Bill Thompson was on hand to accept the achievement despite having only been back to work one day after being in an accident. A double compound fracture of his right leg and crutches were no deterrent from him being there to accept the award.
