http://www.hrpusa.com) on March 28, 2008. The annual report will be furnished pursuant to the Indentures governing the Floating Rate Senior Secured Notes due 2012 (the "Senior Notes"), the 12 1/2% Junior Secured Notes due 2013 (the "Junior Notes") and the 14 1/2% Senior Pay-In-Kind Notes due 2014 (the "PIK Notes") and the Equity Participation Agreement relating to the Class B shares of Common Stock of HRP PIK Corp. ("PIK Corp."). The annual report will be made available to holders of the Senior Notes, holders of the Junior Notes, holders of the PIK Notes, Class B shareholders of PIK Corp., prospective purchasers of such securities and securities analysts or market makers in such securities. The annual report will be available via a secure link on the company website.
HRP will host a conference call to discuss its annual results at 11:00 a.m. (EDT) on April 3, 2008. The dial-in information will be posted on the Investor Log In section of the company website no later than 12:00 p.m. (EDT) on April 2, 2008.
