nd Annual Tony Awards. All points from the winning member

Giving Back charitable organization of their choice. As part of the auction prize package, the lucky winner will also receive deluxe hotel accommodations at the Hilton New York, airfare for two, and tickets to see a Broadway show at the Hilton Theatre.

The auction’s highest bidder will be notified via email by Monday, May 26, 2008. Bids must be placed in 10,000 point increments, with 10,000 points being equal to $25 US. A minimum bid of 100,000 points is required.

The Antoinette Perry “Tony” Awards are bestowed annually on theatre professionals for distinguished achievement. The Tony is one of the most coveted awards in the entertainment industry and the annual telecast is considered one of the most prestigious programs on television. The Tonys are presented by the Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing, and will be broadcast live from Radio City Music Hall on Sunday, June 15th on the CBS Television Network (8 p.m. ET/PT time delay).

Entire package is nontransferable. Hotel accommodations are for double occupancy in one guest room, and must be consumed on June 14-15, 2008. Offer excludes fees, taxes, gratuities and incidental charges. Any expenses not mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the bidder. Cancellation policy and/or penalties vary and will apply. Bidder and travel companion must travel on same itinerary. Bidder must sign a liability release prior to departure by the deadline provided by Hilton Hotels Corporation or bidder may forfeit receipt of Auction Item. If Bidder or travel companion of Bidder is a minor, he/she must be accompanied on the trip by his or her parent or legal guardian. Travel companion must also sign a liability release prior to stay. Parent or legal guardian of minor bidder and/or travel companion must sign a liability release on behalf of himself/herself and on behalf of the minor prior to trip. Bidder and travel companion must posses and show sufficient travel documents.
Package includes roundtrip coach-class airfare for 2 from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, NY, or other major surrounding airport; Winner must travel between June 14, 2008 and June 16, 2008 or prize will be forfeited. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. All travelers must possess required travel documents prior to ticketing. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
