(Highland) (OTC.BB:HGLB) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-binding agreement to acquire 100% interest in the Milwaukee Iron Arena Football Team, (Milwaukee Iron), a Wisconsin Corporation. The acquisition by Highland Business Services Inc. continues the strategic initiative to focus on improving shareholder value. After the merger, Highland int to continue doing business as the Milwaukee Iron.
