Harry Payton, managing member of Payton & Associates,
LLC, Miami, Florida, received his fifth consecutive award as one of the

affected by tighter credit restrictions, increased equity requirements,
cost overruns, and subsequent delays or stoppage of construction. He
cautions lenders and borrowers to be aware that they are obliged to live by
their loan documents, adhere to the terms of the written agreement, or risk
exposure to a lawsuit.
