software continues to build on its growing momentum, setting
revenue records with its 23rd consecutive quarter of year-over-
year growth. Highlights for this milestone quarter also included a
strategic investment from JMI Equity, record revenue numbers, and
marked customer growth.
Halogen's record second quarter included the addition of new
customers including Aultman Health Foundation, Banner Corporation,
Carle Clinic Association, Grand & Toy, International Finance
Corporation, NYU Hospitals Center, Pechanga Resort & Casino,
RiskMetrics Solutions, Riverside Hospitals, SUEZ Energy North

Corporation and Yeo & Yeo. Halogen's rapidly expanding customer
base demonstrates the increasing awareness organizations of all
sizes have of the importance of effectively managing employee
performance and talent to achieve organizational goals. In the
second quarter of 2008, this was especially true in the healthcare
field.
For over a century, Ohio-based Aultman Health Foundation has been
committed to its patients, the community, and its more than 5,000
employees. To support its employee focus, Aultman turned to
Halogen to improve the quality and value of its performance appraisal process. "We are dedicated

Partner at JMI, has joined Halogen's Board of Directors. Part of
JMI's decision to partner with Halogen was based on the strength

management experience, and a portfolio that includes over 27,000
apartments and over 5.2 million square feet of commercial space.
In June, 2008 the organization selected Halogen as the employee performance management
