GuidEDGE is the first-ever web-based database that compares FTE and contingent labor positions using proprietary data in three primary areas: pay rates, job profiles, and mark-up levels. GuidEDGE allows organizations to analyze the statutory costs and helps the user understand the premium cost by providing details on incremental costs that go into mark-up components required by contingent staffing firms, inclusive of requirements for drug screening, background checks, vacation time, and holiday time per diem. These costs are then benchmarked against mandatory expenses such as FICA tax, workers compensation and social security.
