MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. - (Business Wire) GrayHair Software, Inc., the leader in USPS mail tracking and mailstream intelligence, today announced the addition of two members of its leadership team. R. Paul Grossmann has joined the company as VP of Sales & Marketing, while Everette L. Mills has been named Manager Analytical Services.

Mr. Grossmann will lead GrayHair’s Sales & Marketing efforts. He brings over twenty-five years of technology and direct sales-marketing experience. Paul started his career with IBM, where he held several positions with its global enterprise systems sales organization, in Philadelphia, Princeton, and New York City. He joined Telenex, a developer and marketer of data communications solutions in 1990, as a product marketing leader. Telenex, later renamed INRANGE grew to be a major player in Information Systems network management, before being acquired by CNT and later McData. During his tenure, Paul held positions including VP of Marketing and VP of Sales Operation with these firms. Recently, Paul has been involved in Business Development consulting and teaching economics-business courses at a local community college. He attended the University of Delaware, where he earned a BA in Economics and an MBA.
Mr. Mills joins the GrayHair Product Management team, after holding several positions with Pitney Bowes in Application Development and Product Management. Most recently, Everette was a Product Manager within the Group 1 Software organization, where he led support of five product lines. He has worked closely with the USPS as well as regulatory agencies in the US and Canada, and been responsible for developing strategic business plans and executing tactical product plans which address market and customer needs. Beyond professional pursuits, Everette is a board member for Habitat for Humanity. He attended Purdue University where he earned a BS in Management.
