KALISPELL, Mont., June 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Glacier Bancorp,
Inc.'s (Nasdaq: GBCI) Board of Directors, at its regular meeting held on June
25, 2008, declared a quarterly dividend of $.13 per share. The dividend is
payable on July 17, 2008 to owners of record on July 8, 2008.
Glacier Bancorp, Inc. is the parent company for 10 community banks,
including Glacier Bank, Kalispell; First Security Bank of Missoula; Valley
Bank of Helena; Big Sky Western Bank, Bozeman; Western Security Bank of
