LANDOVER, Md., Oct. 1 Giant-Food-mix-recall
LANDOVER, Md., Oct. 1 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Giant Food, following a voluntary recall by McCormick & Company, Inc., removed from its shelves all 1.5-ounce pouches of McCormick Enchilada Sauce Mix because the product may contain a milk allergen not listed on the label.
Upon being notified of the voluntary recall, Giant Food immediately removed all affected production codes of the product from its stores. The recalled product has a UPC code of #005210009160, has a "best by" date of "AUG2910CH" and was sold in stores on or after Sept. 17, 2008.
Customers who have a milk allergy and who still have the product should discard it and/or return it to any Giant store for a full refund.
