MIAMI, FL -- 11/03/09 --
ACT Productions, out of Miami Beach, has teamed
up with Adventure Line Productions out of France to create "Moundir,
l'Aventurier de l'Amour" (Moundir, the Adventurer of Love). This
documentary-style television show is similar in structure to The Bachelor,
ABC's long-running reality hit. The location-heavy show will film all over
Miami and the Keys, as well as in Las Vegas and New York, following French
celebrity Moundir as he struggles to pick his bride from 14 beautiful
contestants. Production is set for Nov. 9 through Dec. 5.
The eight episodes now slated to be shot will give viewers a close look
into the lives and personalities of these candidates and a naked-eye
glimpse at their courtship behaviors. There will be a lot of focus on the
wide-ranging and adventurous dates and activities that they will be
enjoying... or not enjoying as the case may be. There will be the
expectedly unexpected twists and turns, and in the end one lucky girl will
walk away with the prize.
ACT Productions has been providing print, film/video and event production
services for more than 25 years. Based in Miami Beach, ACT is known for
producing the Miami Beach Polo World Cup and the Orange Bowl Halftime Show,
as well as a slew of television content for US and foreign markets.
Adventure Line Productions brings some of Europe's most popular reality
content to the screen. Their hits include Koh-Lanta, a Survivor-type show,
and Fort Boyard, one of the most successful French exports, played to
millions of viewers in more than 28 countries.
