Franklin Savings Announces Appointment to its Board of Directors

CINCINNATI, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Franklin Savings and Loan Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Franklin Corporation (Nasdaq: FFHS) announced today the appointment of Steven R. Sutermeister to its board of directors. Mr. Sutermeister is an investment management executive with over 32 years of experience. He has a BS in Business Administration from Miami University and an MBA in Finance from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. Mr. Sutermeister spent 18 years with The Union Central Life Insurance Company, where he was involved at the executive level in Union Central's investment management division, including nine years as President of Summit Investment Partners, Inc., an investment management subsidiary. Prior to joining Union Central, he held senior management positions with Washington Square Capital, based in Chicago, and the Chicago offices of Salomon Brothers, Inc.
