Oil & Gas, S.A. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Franklin Mining, Inc.) has
signed an agreement with SAE Group (an Argentine, Bolivian, Peruvian
corporation) to provide rigs to an operating company in Bolivia.
To assist in fulfilling the agreement, Franklin Oil & Gas, Bolivia S.A. has
retained the consulting and other professional services of Petraxel, a firm
with more than twenty-five years experience in Bolivia's hydrocarbons
industries.
SAE Group, Franklin Oil & Gas, Bolivia S.A's newest client, was recently
awarded contracts to provide oil field services in Argentina, Bolivia and
Peru.
