FDTC) has signed a transaction processing agreement with Elavon, formerly NOVA
Information Systems. The recent acquisition of Atlas by FNDS3000, a financial
transaction processing company providing prepaid debit card and merchant
processing solutions, received the agreement that leverages Elavon's robust
payment solutions and international processing platform to support FNDS3000's
global merchant acquiring growth plans.
