Expo Holdings, Inc. Provides Update

The company continues to fulfill its shipment obligations. The company has now shipped in excess of 75 truckloads of displays to Lowe's Home Improvement stores throughout the nation. Shipments are expected to continue for the foreseeable future.

Unrelated to the aforementioned shipments, the company continues to fulfill its commitment to Kronotex USA, LLC by the anticipated shipment of week 2, of our most recent purchase order tomorrow. With this anticipated shipment, the company will have shipped in excess of 500 displays associated with its most recent purchase order from Kronotex USA, LLC.

The company has begun significant display shipments to JO-ANN Fabric and Craft stores in behalf of a direct supplier to those stores.
