MONTREAL, CANADA -- 11/04/09 --
Excel Gold Mining Inc (TSX VENTURE: EGM) announces that the shareholders have approved all the propositions submitted to its Annual and Special Shareholders Meeting.
Therefore, the Company Stock Option Plan and the appointment of the new auditors' firm "Guimond Lavallee Inc" have been approved.
The elected directors of the Company are:
Jacques Vallee
Martin Harvey
Stephane Frechette
Following the annual meeting the board of director has appointed the following executive officers:
M. Martin Harvey - Vice President Chief Financial Officer
M. Stephane Frechette - Vice-president, Exploration.
M. Jacques Vallee - President of the audit committee
