STAMFORD, Conn. - (Business Wire) A new personal skin care center, providing state of the art skin rejuvenation treatments and unique services for those with needs as a result of radiation and chemotherapy treatments, opens July 28 in Stamford, CT when Maureen Flanagan, R.N. launches Esencia Skin Care at 95 Morgan Street.
In advance of its formal opening, Flanagan will hold a special “open house” at her center on Sunday, July 27 at 1-4 pm.

Flanagan, an R.N. with over 25 years of experience, will offer the Lindi Skin product line, which is specifically designed for skin affected by cancer treatments. In addition, she will feature the Professional Care Alliance (PCA) line of products, which includes professional grade peels and topical formulas to treat acne, redness, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, rosacea and eczema.
Esencia Skin Care will also perform several skin rejuvenating therapies, including Derma Pod microdermabrasion, light emitting diode (LED) therapies and intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments. Painless tooth whitening, achieved in one hour or less, is also on the service menu.
Flanagan will provide on-site skin consultation and treatments. She is certified in skin biology, chemical peels and every service offered. Dr. George Heading, who is affiliated with Stamford Hospital, will serve as medical director, providing consultant and supervisory advice to the practice.
