Iowa State graduate directs HR programs and strategies for one of the Best Places to Work in Insurance.

In her expanded role, Barfels provides leadership and direction for the people strategies of the organization including workforce planning, compensation and benefits, organizational development and other human resource strategies related to the execution of the business objectives.
