(Nasdaq: ERIE) today announced that the date of the Company's second quarter
conference call has been changed to Thursday, July 31, 2008, at 10:00 a.m.
Eastern Time. Erie Indemnity will issue a press release reporting its results
after the close of the market on Wednesday, July 30, 2008.
