HOUSTON - (Business Wire) Enventure Global Technology announces the appointment of two key executive positions within the company
’s leadership team.
Joseph Waiter has been named vice president, general counsel & secretary. Kevin Knight takes on the role of vice president and chief financial officer.
Waiter brings more than 25 years of legal experience with private-equity and publicly-held companies. He has been involved in commercial transactions, business alliances and mergers and acquisitions on a global basis throughout his career. He also has significant experience in managing intellectual property matters and litigation.
Knight’s career spans over 20 years of financial and accounting experience in many industries including oil and gas, food and construction businesses. Along the way, Knight has also implemented several IT projects in accounting, with additional experience in personnel, HSSE and property management.

Ballantyne said the additions of Waiter and Knight to the Enventure leadership team, with their extensive legal and financial management backgrounds gained in the private and public markets, bring these capabilities to Enventure.
Waiter earned his bachelor’s degree from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. and his law degree from George Mason University School of Law in Virginia. He is admitted to the Virginia and District of Columbia bars.
Knight, a British citizen with permanent U.S. residency privileges, is a graduate of Durham University and was qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988 by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He is an international affiliate member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
