DALLAS - (Business Wire) Ensco International Incorporated (NYSE: ESV) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share of common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on December 18, 2009 to stockholders of record on December 7, 2009.
