RESTON, Va., Feb. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Emerald Dairy Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: EMDY) announced today that it has received an organic certification from Guangdong Zhongjian Certification Co., Ltd., an organization registered by China National Certification Administration, the Chinese government agency responsible for administering, supervising and coordinating certification and accreditation work. Emerald Dairy expects to incorporate the organic label onto product packaging for both its "Xing An Ling" and "Yi Bai" product lines in 2008.

We are one of the first Chinese dairy enterprises to be officially certified as organic and we are very excited to target China's increasing organic marketplace."
The certification standards GB/T 19630-2005 are developed based on the principles and requirements of International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) Basic Standards. Certification process requires inspectors to examine the Company's entire product creation process from the source of raw milk, processing to end sales. Managers and production technicians also need to prove their understanding of organic production in order to achieve certification.
