New company leverages trade media leaders to reach mass retail executives 
NEW YORK, May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The launch today of Dr Pepper Snapple Group , the newly independent US beverage company spun off from Cadbury Schweppes plc, got a promotional boost to mass retailing executives via a unique advertising buy across the Retailing Today and Drug Store News web sites.
http://www.retailingtoday.com/ and http://www.drugstorenews.com/ are the leading trade news websites for the retail marketplace, serving more than 60,000 unique professional visitors every month.
From May 7 through 9, original creative announcing Dr Pepper Snapple will appear in 16 ad positions throughout the integrated Retailing Today and Drug Store News online network, including the host sites' respective home pages and "Consumables" market sector pages, plus two Retailing Today e-Newsletters.
The three-day campaign, designed and produced by the Retailing Today/Drug Store News Custom Media team is expected to deliver more than 200,000 impressions.
