TM on-demand, e-invoicing solution. OpenInvoice is the world

The new OpenInvoice release enhances the usability and flexibility of the professional workflow module and processing engine of the OpenInvoice platform.
One of the key enhancements is in the OpenInvoice Image module of the OpenInvoice platform. This module allows users to view and process paper invoices within the same workflow as electronic invoices. This is achieved through OpenInvoice Image’s ability to import scanned paper invoices into its full-featured electronic coding and approval workflow. With the latest release, OpenInvoice Image users are now able to maintain their own OpenInvoice Image supplier list. This presents enormous benefits to DO2 customers since OpenInvoice Image suppliers (unregistered suppliers) will now be returned along with other electronic invoice registered suppliers when performing queries through the custom search feature. Unregistered suppliers can also now be assigned "Quick Pay" status for ensuring the capture of early pay discounts.
Within OpenInvoice, significant enhancements have been made to one of the most highly utilized workflow features, Invoice Coding. The workflow has been significantly improved to provide even greater ease of use. In addition, the number of split allocations that can be performed per invoice line item has been increased to 2000, allowing splits to significantly more allocation/cost centers and these costs and breakdown of allocations can be imported directly from an Excel spreadsheet, increasing convenience and accuracy.
To support a rapidly growing customer base with a much higher diversity in operations with unique data requirements, DO2 has also introduced the ability for customers to customize the content of their invoices by defining their own data elements called Additional Data Elements (ADE). ADE’s are highly configurable, and may be used to capture unique data at three different levels: invoice header, invoice line item and invoice coding. They may be configured to be accessed and/or modified by the buyer’s users only, or by both buyer and supplier users; they can be searched on, included or excluded in invoice exports, set as mandatory or optional data entries, and included in coding and split coding allocations.
