NEW YORK, June 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DemandTec, Inc. (Nasdaq: DMAN), a leading provider of on-demand merchandising and marketing software services for retailers and consumer products manufacturers, today has formally unveiled the DemandTec TradePoint Network(TM) here at the Consumer Goods Sales & Marketing Summit 2008, which is being held June 9 through 11, at the Roosevelt Hotel.
The DemandTec TradePoint Network is the industry's only secure, Internet-based network of software services for retailers and their suppliers to transact, interact and collaborate on promotions and other merchandising and marketing activities. The DemandTec TradePoint Network helps retailers and manufacturers increase both the efficiency of joint business planning through standardized workflow, and the effectiveness of the interaction by providing access to a secure, shared data platform.
