Formerly home to a clothing retailer, the 10,000-square-foot two-story facility will offer Crunch’s unique classes with a focus on Pilates and yoga, including AntiGravity Yoga “Wings,” the hammock-supported aerial yoga class exclusive to Crunch. Members can also expect to find Crunch’s innovative group fitness classes like BodyWeb with TRX System, Buff Yoga, and Standing Pilates.
On the gym floor, the club will feature top-of-the-line free-weights and cardio and resistance-training machines from Life Fitness, Precor and FreeMotion. The Crunch Union Street club will have no shortage of options for entertainment with personal viewing screens on cardio equipment, Life Fitness treadmills with iPod connectivity, Expresso bikes equipped with video gaming devices, and Star Trac bikes with Netpulse Internet capabilities. Gym amenities include a large group fitness studio, dedicated indoor cycling studio, personal training area, high-end locker rooms, a juice bar and WiFi lounge, adjacent park and prime Union Street location.
