BIRMINGHAM, MI -- 09/05/08 --
By special request, CruiseCam International,
Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CCMJ) has been invited to attend the One-on-One
International Match-Making Forum on September 22 and 23, 2008 in Bavaria,
Germany. The One-on-One conference focuses on networking with companies
from the automotive, electronics and aerospace industries and will present
CruiseCam with an exceptional opportunity to establish contacts with major
international automotive suppliers representing more than 300 companies
from over 30 countries. These companies represent the entire value chain
from system suppliers, development service providers and component
manufacturers. Companies such as BMW and Toyota are scheduled to have
highlight presentations at the Forum.
CruiseCam has also been invited to have its camera products tested at the
upcoming Daytona Speed Fest held at the historic Daytona International
Speedway on October 31, 2008 - November 2, 2008 on the Rolex 24 hour course
there. This event is organized by the PBOC Motorsports Club and will
feature not only BMW and Porsche vehicles but other racing cars as well.
Scott Watkins, CEO and John Lamont, Vice President of new product
development for CruiseCam International, Inc. will be in attendance at the
event.
It will be the third time that CruiseCam has been encouraged to present its
products for testing at Daytona, and the company expects substantial
benefits to be derived from this event. Some of the products that will be
presented for testing will be variables on seat camera attachments both for
race and street vehicle camera set up; the interface box; power management
and stress-testing the recorder. These tests are a fortuitous opportunity
to demonstrate the company's products at the highest level prior to going
to the European market.
We are pleased to state that relative to the announced merger the company
continues to go forward with the process and will inform shareholders
shortly as to the completion date.
