The survey examines the efforts of large U.S. employers put forth to create equality for members of the LGBT community, and they are then given a rating ranging from 0 to 100.

VAULT ranked Littler #1 for Best in Partner Labor & Employment for 2009, which is based on surveys completed by associates and shareholders, both internal and external, regarding pros and cons of partnership, their work lives and the jobs most important functions. Also notable is the #1 VAULT ranking Littler received for Best in Labor & Employment for 2009, which is based on ratings by associate attorneys external to the firm.

In its August/September issue, Working Mother Magazine recognized Littler as one of the 50 Best Law firms for Women. The firm earned this important ranking because of Littlers high percentage of women attorneys, flexible work schedules, the number of leadership positions held by women and initiatives to assist women.
