EntrepreNursery contest will allow fans to declare their 2010 business startup resolutions on the EntrepreNursery Facebook fanpage.
Toronto, Canada (PRWEB) November 26, 2009 -- EntrepreNursery announced this week that it will host a “Start a Biz in 2010” contest from November 24 to December 15, 2009. The contest will be held on the EntrepreNursery Facebook fanpage located at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Toronto-ON/EntrepreNursery/198931595970?v=app_2309869772 under the contest tab. The winner of the contest will receive a prize pack valued at $1700 and comprised of the following:
- A spot in the 5-week women-only start-up workshop, The Seed Salon. Entrants can select from the live Toronto workshop which starts Jan 10, 2010 or the online version which will start Feb 2010 on www.entreprenursery.ca
- Start-up graphic design services including the development of a logo, website masthead, business card and one promotional communications material.
- A Business Membership with the Positive Fabulous Women networking group, www.positivefabulouswomen.com
- Four hours of one-on-one Social Media and Web Presence coaching with social media expert Jaime Almond, www.jaimealmond.com
- A 1-hour Personal Milestone photo shoot which can be used towards professional headshots with Donna Santos Photography, www.donnasantos.com
“Many resolutions lack follow-through and lose steam before January is even over. The winner of the contest will benefit from a number of essential services that will help her take progressive action towards achieving her goals in 2010,” said Elizabeth Doyle Harmer, Executive Director of EntrepreNursery. “Regardless of who wins however, any woman who posts her startup resolution will increase her chance of following through in 2010 simply by writing down her goals and declaring them publicly.”
The contest will allow fans to post a response to the question, “Why is 2010 your year to start a business?” EntrepreNursery fanpage members can vote on their favourite post once per day throughout the contest. The post with the most votes at the end of the contest will receive the prize pack.
