ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Management Professionals (CMP), an Associa Company, in Orlando, Florida proudly announces Linda Johnson, Judith Meldrum and Suzan Kearns recently earned the credential Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), awarded by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers(NBC-CAM).
The CMCA credential signifies community management professionals have passed NBC-CAM's national exam and met the requirements for managing condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations. Certified industry professionals must also adhere to the CMCA Standards of Professional Conduct and take continuing education.
Ms. Johnson has been with Community Management Professionals for 6 years. Ms. Johnson manages a number of developer properties including Providence Community Association of Polk County, a Parade of Homes winner.
Ms. Meldrum has been with Community Management Professionals for 3 years. Ms. Meldrum manages a number of communities in Oviedo and East Orlando. This designation validates Ms. Johnson and Ms. Meldrum's skills and dedication to customer service and the Community Management Professionals clients.
Ms. Kearns, formerly a CPA, has been with Community Management Professionals for 2 years. Ms. Kearns is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for CMP.
