COLT Deploys SuccessFactors to Support Business Strategy

(Nasdaq: SFSF), the global leader in business execution software, today announced at its European customer conference in Barcelona, Spain, that leading European provider of business communications, COLT, has deployed the SuccessFactors Performance and Talent Management suite to support its business strategy of expanding into managed services and new markets. COLT is using SuccessFactors to deploy a new competency framework, aligning and engaging its internal talent to drive organizational performance and growth. SuccessFactors' software is being deployed to all 4,500 employees in Europe and India.
