College Invites Public to Explore Career Options in Health Care

UCW Academy of Health holds open house at Victoria campus
Victoria, BC (Vocus) November 8, 2009 -- UCW Academy of Health invites anyone looking to start a career in British Columbia’s health care industry to attend their open house in Victoria on Wednesday, November 25, 2009.
UCW Academy of Health, which offers diplomas in areas such as administration, nursing and social services, designs its programs to meet the needs of the health care sector in Canada. Curriculum is developed with input from health care practitioners to ensure graduates have the skills that future employers require. In addition, every program focuses on teaching current tools, techniques and technologies used in the job market and students receive instruction from industry-experienced instructors.
The open house will run from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the UCW Academy of Health campus in Victoria. Guests are asked to check in at 5:30 PM. More information is available at http://www.academyofhealth.ca.
