XI'AN, China, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Green
Agriculture, Inc. (NYSE Amex: CGA; "China Green Agriculture" or "the Company"),
a leading producer and distributor of humic acid ("HA") based green fertilizer
through its wholly owned subsidiary, Shaanxi TechTeam Jinong Humic Acid
Product Co., Ltd., today announced that it will release its first quarter
fiscal year 2010 financial results on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 after the
market close. In conjunction, the Company will host a conference call to
discuss these results.
The conference call will take place at 9:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, November
