Third quarter net income attributable to The DIRECTV Group increased slightly to $366 million while diluted earnings per share increased 12% to $0.37 compared with the same period last year.
"DIRECTV's third quarter results are consistent with our goal to drive substantial cash flow growth through a strategy of offering the best television experience to higher quality subscribers," said Larry Hunter, interim chief executive officer of The DIRECTV Group, Inc.
