Cavan Announces Management and Board Changes

The Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Trevor Sinclair has been appointed as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sinclair has many years of extensive financial reporting experience with various mining & exploration and other types of companies. He has been acting CFO of the TSX listed company Wex Pharmaceuticals Inc. and consulted for the following but not limited to Industrial Alliance Pacific Insurance and Financial Services Inc., and Skye Resources Inc.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Mr. Li Lu has joined the Company's Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Lu, a business professional with extensive marketing and network connections in China, has various national and international experiences in mining, engineering and management, including leadership roles at CLS Capital LTD., HSBC Securities and Amey Infrastructure Service Rail in UK.
